There are a lot of questions around us. Why we do not live a healthy life? Why we do not focus on our physical and mental health? Why we do not try to improve our surrounding environment? etc. When we have the time, then we do not focusing on the stress key factors and unhealthy key factors, over time, as a result, we get many mental and physical illnesses. The things that are very important for your healthy life (physical and mental health), I will discuss in this article.

Healthy environments:

Our behavior is most affected by our environment. Whether it is our home or office environment. So the thing that is very necessary, must focus on the environment, where you are spending your most time.
If you have a family like a wife, kids, and your parents. Just keep thinking about, how you could spend your pleasant time with your family? Because your family environment is the first key factor that is affecting your behavior.
